WELCOME TO BECOMING BRAVE

You’re exactly where you need to be.

This is a space for women navigating the tender, complex process of considering divorce. A place to slow down, listen to yourself, and discern your next best path.

FAQs

  • Becoming Brave is a guided group coaching journey designed to support women in divorce with clarity, courage, and compassion. We combine thoughtful structure (ie. tools, exercises, and guided discussions) with open space for honest, meaningful conversations. It’s a place to explore your next steps, share your story, celebrate wins (big and small), and find support when things feel uncertain.

  • Nope! It’s something even more magical. Coaching is about forward movement. It’s a space to get clarity, build confidence, explore possibilities, and create real, tangible change in your life. In Becoming Brave, you’ll have guidance, tools, and support to help you navigate challenges and step boldly into what’s next.

While our conversations might touch on personal or emotional topics, this isn’t therapy. And while I am an attorney, in this program I’m not acting in a legal capacity, nothing we cover should be taken as legal advice.

  • This is always 100% your decision. You share what feels right for you. There is no pressure to disclose more than you’re comfortable with. Everything shared stays within the group, and we ask that all participants honor that confidentiality.

  • Yes, but please keep it general and high-level and broad. Please don’t ever share identifying details about other members, and never take or post photos from our sessions. Respect for privacy is non-negotiable.

  • Life happens! If you need to miss a session, let me know. While we don’t record group calls (to protect privacy), I will always provide key takeaways and/or a brief recap so you can stay connected and on your path.

  • This is a common question! Many participants choose to supplement group coaching with private 1:1 sessions.

If that’s something you’d like to explore, you’re welcome to visit our Coaching Page or reach out directly.

  • Show up consistently - practically, emotionally, and energetically. Be open and curious. Lead with seeking to understand before judging.

Give yourself space and time to absorb each session, whether that means journaling, going for a walk, or simply sitting with what came up. Support yourself with whatever personal practices help you process and stay grounded.

Ask questions if anything feels unclear, and advocate for what you need. Be willing to step into discomfort and be authentically yourself, knowing that growth often lives on the edge of what feels easy.

This is your space to explore, discover, and uncover something greater. In yourself and in your life.
